As a result, I personally guarantee a completely confidential service and will not disclose any details of clients or their work to a third party.

Files for copyediting, structuring or language correction will not be loaded on more than two computers, and all will be deleted and paper copies destroyed one month after completion of work (or longer if requested by the client). Both of my computers have firewall protection and virus checking software is updated daily. All incoming and outgoing email and attached files are automatically checked for viruses.
